BUSINESS BUDGET CALCULATOR - TUTORIAL
Minimum requirements: WIN XP or newer, 256 MB RAM, Internet connection.
To run the program you need Access 2007 runtime. If you do not have it installed it will automatically be downloaded during installation.

Home Business Budget Calculator is a program extremely simple and intuitive to use with many powerful parameters for analysing and reporting on the Income/Expenditure ratios.
To use the application, the easiest way of putting in entries is the following:
- under Person enter members
- under Categories enter Income and Expenditure
Once these data have been entered, the related lists in the Budget form can be chosen and all you need to do is fill in the Income/Expenditure figures and dates for each Person. Income – Expenditure ratios are automatically calculated at the bottom.
Required fields are: Person, Categories and Date.
All data displayed in forms and reports are coupled with a time period that allows a detailed analysis of all data regardless of the length of the period. The time span is entered in the ribbon Navigation tab / Date Update.
Data can also be presented graphically so you can see the monthly Income/Expenditure ratio according to the time period you entered in the Date Update form, and see which percentage a Person holds in Income, and which in Expenditure.
